Sweet Cake Bake Shop began with a personal journey of resilience and love for baking. After being diagnosed with with Celiac Disease in 2002, followed by Crohn’s Disease, and Type 1 Diabetes, our founder, Allison Regan, was determined to reclaim her health and joy in food. Frustrated by the lack of quality in gluten free options, she experimented tirelessly to create flour blends and recipes that taste just as good as the “real thing.” Sweet Cake Bake Shop was born from this passion, offering fresh, handmade, gluten free baked goods made with high quality ingredients and a whole lot of love. From cookies to cakes, we focus on taste and nostalgia, ensuring every bite feels like a special indulgence. At Sweet Cake, everyone deserves something sweet!
